Cancellation Policy
Appointments A valid card is required to book all appointments. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment and may be subject to a fee. Virtual Consultations Virtual consultations are non-refundable. Please complete all required forms and submit clear photos before your appointment. Recommendations are based on the information provided and do not replace medical advice. Facial Services Results vary from person to person. Clients are responsible for disclosing all medications, allergies, skin conditions, and recent treatments before their appointment. Refunds No refunds are provided on services rendered. Client satisfaction is important, and any concerns should be communicated within 48 hours of treatment.
